Kym’s journey with yoga began in 2007, whilst owning and running a successful marketing business in her homeland of Australia. Long working hours and the stress of corporate living had resulted in a lifestyle that was unhealthy, out of balance and unsustainable. Upon discovering yoga, she found it to be transformational and the perfect antidote to the stresses of corporate urban life. The mental, physical and spiritual benefits of yoga she continues to feel profoundly, and she is passionate about sharing these benefits with others.
Kym completed her 200 hour teacher training at Triyoga London, with senior Anusara teacher Bridget Woods Kramer. She has also completed Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training and Restorative Teacher Training with Cyndi Lee, world-renowned author and founder of OM Yoga in New York, and the first female teacher to fully integrate yoga asana and Tibetan Buddhism.
Kym teaches a slow-flow, Hatha style class with special attention paid to alignment. Her goal is for students to gently deepen their connection to their bodies, minds and spirits through conscious movement and breath.

Stretch and Restore Classes
This very mellow and gentle class is dedicated to slowing down, restoring the mind and body, and is the perfect antidote to the stresses of urban life.
The first part of this class is slow, gentle breathing & stretching, to help you soften, relax and release tension from your mind & body. This will help your body enter a more deeper, restful state during the restoratives poses which take place during the last half of the class. The restorative poses will help rebalance your nervous system and help you enter a state of deep relaxation, by encouraging a gentle opening of the body through passive stretching. Props will be used during this class to help support your body, making you feel more comfortable, so you can hold poses for longer.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners.
